The day was cold and clowdy and the wind had a tendency to blow through peoples cloaks today. Which meant that there were going to be very few people would be hanging around in Diagon Ally. Not that very many people just lounged around there anyway. It was considered a joint area where both Death Eaters and everyone else could shop but it was rare to see anyone but a Death Eater around. No one trusted the other side not to curse or hex them from a crowded store or ally. She walked to the brick wall pulling out her wand and tapping the brick causing the wall to allow her to pass into the mostly disertet streets of Diagon Ally. She noticed a few older witches and wizards that were huttled in front of a grimmy store window pointing at something not even Anastasiya could see through the dirt layer on the window. She kept walking and saw a few Death Eaters one being none other then Draco Malfoy himself she bit her cheek as he sneered at her and she smiled sweetly back and was half surpries that a halo didn't appear above her head. You know what they say, "Kill them with kindness." And with Anastasiya's suger sweet attitude she might have a change of giving him a sugar coma. She let him pass her as she walked into the store. Prat.
The store was brightly colored and it put her into a bit of a shock ever time she walked in. Most of the stores had dimmed down considerably. The windows were covered and or the items in the store not as finely kept as they should be. But not here. Not in Madam Malkins. The old woman bustled over to Anastasiya shaking her hand and pulling her over to the round stand that was hlafway surrounded by mirrors and handed her and emerald green cloak that she fastened around her neck and stood still as the older woman knelt down fixing the hem she was halfway done when Emmy heard the chime of the bells above the door signaling someone walked in. she made to turn and look who walked in by she got a sharp poke from a needle Madam Malkin was weilding, The lady looked a bit disgruntled and repremanded her for turning while being fitted and muttered something about teenagers these days. But Emmy was in no means paying attention to her she was working hard on trying to see who had walked in the store without actually turning any part of herself. It was proving a very difficult task.

(I hope this isn't crappy, Considering I'm wide awake *snicker*)
Madam Malkins Shop, Thats where he was heading, having just left Olivanders Wand Shop. Erlier that week Chase had busted his wand while in a episode of fury, upon receiving a letter from his father telling him his cousin in-law was captured by the Ministry for cursing a muggle whilst travelling through europe. Sliding the new black oak dragon heartstring wand into his special pocket inside the left front of his cloak, he continued walking in till he spotted his father. Smirking that 'malfoy smile' as he stopped before his father, apparently Chase was passed on many of his fathers traits, one being the smile and charm.
"Greetings father, I've just baught my new wand, check it out, its black oak" He pulled out the wand and showed him proudly.
"very nice Chase, now why don't you go into Malkins and pick up your dress robes like we talked about.. oh and by the way, I saw Anastasiya Baroque enter too, make sure you tell her about the dinner next week, your mother doesn't mind her" His father replied, Sneering at her name. He didn't really approve of her.
Sighing slightly he nodded. "Alright Father, I will" he said in a monotone. Putting his wand away once more.
He then continued into the shop, small bell jingling as he walked in. Upon stepping in the shop, he could see Anastasiya standing with a green cloak on, being hemmed.
"Well, well look who it is" Rung Chase's now more manly voice than before. Giving him almost an essence of power, another trait.
Taking notice that she was unable to turn towards him, he strode over besid ethe mirror, and looked into her face. Hands in his pockets casually, he smirked and glanced over her. Looking great as usual. He enjoyed the flirtatious relationship they seemed to have, although he had no real intimate interest, for he always had a strange feeling when he thought about how much he could trust her. But no matter, she was still a fellow Death Eater, and that made her a friend.
"Madam Malkin, I'm hoping you've finished up my dress robes, for my father would like me to show him what hes paying for." he said glancing down at her. "Oh and Emilia, My Mother is holding a dinner next Friday at my home, and wished for me to invite you and your family." he said with a polite yet curious tone. He'd always been more polite and courteous than his father had been, suspecting it came from his mother, Chase found it made things work in his favor more often.

The voice that rang out hit her nerves like ice for a brief second before she realized it was Chase Malfoy and not his sinister father come back in to make her life more unbearable. It would be like him to provoke a caged animal. Malfoy senior knew she could not do anything to him while in the eye of the public while him on the other hand could do whatever he wished. But no, it was not him but his son the one that she played mind games with and he with her as well. even though she knew who it was now she was having a problem with not being able to look him in the face while talking, and oh what a pretty face it was. Then as if her will had shifted him he was their in front of her.
"Such a manly voice Chase. See you have been practicing much."
She looked him over for a second taking in his stance and expressions of the day, today they were flirts tomorrow they might not even talk. Their relationship was one to be studied, even they didn't know exactly what it was since neither him no here found it remotely possible to be intimate with each other but loved to pretend they do, all physical appearance.
"Oh yes I am so sure my Alliance parents would not at all find it weird to be invited to one of the most well known Death Eaters house for supper. Nor the fact that their daughter is in speaking terms with Death Eaters in general no one the less."
Just then she caught Madam Malkin watching her in the mirror and waved her hand causing the old bat to go temporarily deaf. The woman quickly got the hint and went back to work on the hem this time working her way up to Anastasiya's left arm.

"Actually, No. Lately I've been practicing less talking. More listening. Its the smartest thing to do when your handed the kind of information I get daily" He said with a smirk.
Unable to help but chuckle at his own forgetfulness, he nodded. "Oh yes thats right. Must have slipped my mind"
He said, slightly amused. Looking at Madam Malkin, he yawned and glnced around the room for a sign of his hopefully finished dress robes. He really could be impatient at times, even though he was usualy quite patient with most life matters.
"Any new news?" He said tilting his head to the side.

"News nothing really. Right now I am mostly sitting around that stupid castle listening to the little annoying Alliance twits talk about their "big plans" to over throw Voldemort."
The bell over the door chimmed and this time she turned not careing how my times Madam stabbed her. Well speak of the devil and he may appear a short pimply alliance member, more then likely a first year walked into the shop his eyes wide with a deer like observance as if he would shoot out of the door at the slightest movement. The door hadn't even left his hand before she snapped at him.
"We're closed for lunch come back in ten minutes."
The boy quickly darted out the door and down the street undoubtably going to find his mother. She turned back to Chase smirking slight and watching Madam fuming as she shifted to her other sleeve. Emmy shifted feeling a bit unconmfertable talking about plans to a known Death Eater. If just the wrong person walked in her whole cover could be shattered.
"So when is this lovely dinner. I might just come to tortue your dear ol' da. I know he so dearly wishes me to come."
She laghed at that last part and had to bit hr cheek to keep from laughing to hard. It still was Chases dad and she had to respect Chase even if his dad drove her batty.
(ah..crap sorry)
