The street was packed to capacity. It always amazed him of how so many people could complain of about the situation they all found themselves in, and yet they didn't mind walking down the same road as they did in the previous years acting in the very same manner as if they didn't have a care in the world. Hypocritical bastards, there was no other word for the likes of them.
Passing a bunch of giggling girls that seemed to be stocking up on supplies, he bowed his head slightly acknowledging them as he did everybody. Manners, it was a curse that he viewed as rather useful as well as annoying at times. Immediately the bunch of girls turned around and started giggling as Raiden shook his head slightly at the sight. Immaturity, that was something he was blessed to never of had.
As he swung back to gaze in front of him, his cloak flitted open to the right ever so slightly as his tailored silk shirt became visible for a brief moment before he pulled back into his stride, pulling with it his cloak, leaving everything to the imagination.
He hated the fact that nobody had been available to run these stupid errands for him. Of course he could have gone home and made one of the house elf's do it, but then he would have been confronted by his mother and her sad attempt in feeling better about herself. Besides as he walked through the crowd, he realized how long it had been since he had come down to Diagon Alley, and found himself enjoying it much to his surprise.
Looking up he saw the Apothecary's and made his way over to the shop.
"Well I wonder if they'll have what I need?", he thought to himself as he walked into the foul smelling shop.

Today was a day to run around and do errands and Anastasiya had tried to put it off as long as possible but it had now come to the point where she had one quill that wasn't broken two ink wells half full and her ingredents for potion making were very pittiful. She walked out of the bank tucking a small bag of coins into the pocket of her cloak. The sun was high up in the sky casting no shadows, the walks ways and stores were full of people. Some giggling, some chasing others, and a very few amount actually somber and watchful exactly like they should be. It was a stretch to say she hated coming to Diagon Ally but she always did find it a little bit annoying. People here, in the presence of material wealth and pretty colors, always seemed able to forget about the real world. She walked past a group of younger boys ogling a window display of something that either went fast or was shiny. It pulled at her heart strings to see these little soon to be alliance members sitting around in the open thought her little brother had to be stuck in a castle training insesently.
She shook her head and unclasped the cloak around her neck and slipped it off her shoulders revealing her girl self. She was in her usual dress for public outings, tight pencil skirt that hugged her hips and thighs and a crisp cotton blouse. Yes a little more formal then Hogsmead diserved but that was no reason to let appearances fall. You never know when you would run into someone important. Her heels didn't make the the normal clicking sound and it was driving her up the walls for some unknown reason. She headed to the Apothecary to refesh her dwindiling ingredients. She pushed open the door the foul oder hitting her like a wall but the floor was wodden and the caling sound of her heels turned her attention away from the smell as she walked down the isles picking up a few items here and there. She looked down to her list she had made earlier and had a few more items found in the back of the store. She turned a corner of a isle her eyes still focused on her list and not on the body of another human in the same isle she was turning into and well her shoulder clipped theirs, a glass bottle of puffer fish eyes knocking out of her arm and crashing to the floor. Her eyes shot up in shock and she caught eyes of none other then Mr. Nott himself.
((Sorry it took forever it took forever and is a bit blah.....got a nose bleed))

Having stocked up on about almost everything that there was in the shop, he found it so strange that every time he was set to leave the apothecary's shop, she would bring his attention to a new ingredient. A shipment of which kept arriving time and time again at the exact moment he wanted to depart. She was lucky he was in a good mood and that he was as old as she was, other wise she would of found her face stuck to the wall as her feet danced on the ceiling. He chuckled silently to himself as she brought him yet another new shipment. Smiling politely he took the bottle from her and examined it giving her the nod, relieving her of her duty.
As he held the bottle against the light of day he turned toward the door noticing the entrance of a Miss Baroque, he smirked as he watched her through the colored liquid, as she went about her errands unaware that he was there. Slowly he watched as she made her way down the aisle toward him, turning his body to face her, with no intention to move. Placing the vile on the shelf he waited for the collision.
With the puffer fish spilling to the floor Raiden smirked as her eyes finally met his. Calmly he took out his wand and aimed it at the mess on the floor that immediately disappeared, as he turned to the apothecary nodding at her who quickly seemed to add something to the long parchment she had already made out for him.
"I'll be paying for that and for the amount you require since it is my fault it fell to the floor."
Bending in slowly, he kissed her politely on the cheeks ever aware of the people present and aware of how to behave.
"How does the day find you Anastasiya?"

Before Anastasiya had time to reach for her wand he hand drawn his and cleaned up the mess. She watched him carefully making sure to follow his move with how to great each other. It was rare for them to be in the presence of Alliance members together. I was just to risky to give something to the Alliance members to use against her if they had an up roar. The exact reason she could never be seen with her brother in places like these. She watched him eye the lady and her scribble something down. Oh secret eye signals, should I be worried? she laughed quietly to herself looking back to Raiden.
"I'll be paying for that and for the amount you require since it is my fault it fell to the floor."
She was about to protest when he leaned forward and kissed her cheeks softly sending Anastasiya in to a slight bit of shock. Yes I know a kiss on the cheek is not a big deal. But a kiss on the cheek from Raiden IN PUBLIC that was something to analyze, okay maybe it wasn't THAT big of a deal but it did take her an extra second to start her protest. Then yet again he stopped her short, she couldn't ignore his question she was just not that rude.
"The day finds me quite well. The rest of the world though finds me quite annoyed. You know you do not have to pay for that jar. I was fully at fault for running into you."
She took in a deep breath and used her now free hand to tuck a few stray hairs behind her ear. She smirked at him and walked past him her hand brushing along his when she passed stopping in the middle of the isle picking up another jar this one willed with some viciously bright orange sea creature. Her eyes drifted back to him and she noticed he was watching her as well. Oh their little games could be so fun ... sometimes. She reached the counter and set her items down telling the counter girl that she would be paying for the eyes and would need another jar from the back. When the girl left she turned her back resting on the counter.
"The real question though Mr. Raiden is how you are doing this fine afternoon.
Anastasiya looked around the store making sure the room was empty before she made her next motion. She leaned forward off the counter and walked back toward him her motions fluid like water and her strides long making it possible for her to reach him before he had a real chance to realize it. Her delicate index finger ran lightly over the right side of his jaw. She returned the kisses on his cheek and took a step bak knowing when to stop their games and how far to push them in a public place. Even though the windows of this store were so cramed with ingredients and defored looking creatures she had no doubt that seeing through thse windows was virtualy impossible.
"I don't know where my manners went. I had not exchanged a proper greeting."
Just then the store girl appeared from the back room. Upon her entrance the dark curtain she walked through let off a large amount of dust and Anastasiya had to force herself to walk forward into the looming cloud pulling out the money bag and counting out just enough coins. She girl gave her a off look and she wondered if it was hatred for something Anastasiya couldn't remember or jealousy because of Raiden. Either of which would not be a new thing for Anastasiya. She smirked and mentally dismissed the girls attitude. As the girl packed her items up turned her hands clasped in front of her making her seem even more proper then usual.
"I must say Raiden I am in a slight shock to see you and not one of your...helpers. Don't tell me you felt like enduring such a carnival atmosphere unless it be for a few laughs on expense of the locals."

He wondered casually to himself if perhaps the kiss had caught her by surprise. It certainly wasn't an everyday event that they bumped into each other in places that were so public and so often packed with Alliance members, but it wasn't something that he wouldn't normally do. He would often greet ladies with a kiss on the cheek. It just so happened that he rather enjoyed the moment he had given one to Anastasiya.
He watched the slight glimmer in her eyes as she came over the surprise. As expected she wanted to protest against the fact that he was now paying for the puffer fish that had spilled on the floor, but he gave her no time as he quickly jumped into asking her a question, and due to that fact she was rather well mannered he new full well that she would not delay a reply.
"The day finds me quite well. The rest of the world though finds me quite annoyed. You know you do not have to pay for that jar. I was fully at fault for running into you."
Oh wasn't that clever. A quick sideline addition of a protest against him paying it. Raiden smirked slightly as she placed a few looses strands of hair behind her ear and made her way past him, briefly brushing her hand against his. His eyebrow raised ever so slightly as he turned his body to follow her movement, and as to not look suspicious picked up the nearest bottle he could find, gazing at it absent minded. He watched as she rested her delicate frame against the counter and imagined for the briefest moment what he would do to her if the street were empty and the shop bare.
"Rather well thank you for asking."
Watching her as she gazed around the room and through the windows that as it stood were rather difficult to see through, placed his hand on his hip, the cloak being pulled back slightly, making it much easier for a woman or a man to decipher what kind of a physique he had. The kisses she placed on his cheek and her index finger lingered long after she had left him to return to the counter.
Smiling at the girl and giving her a slight nod of the head as she gave Anastasiya a most dreadful look. Immediately on the sight of Raiden's smile the girl's attitude changed, which was good for her, because had she kept that up she would have found herself without eyes, and only because she didn't show the correct attitude.
Walking over to the counter he pulled out a sack of galleons and turned to Anastasiya.
"Mother is at home today. Besides I needed to walk along the locals, its been some time."
Taking out the exact amount of money he owed without being told he handed it to the girl as he placed his hand on top of Anastasiya to prevent her from paying, he added more to the pile of galleons and smirked at the girl behind the counter.
"She forgets of a debt I owe her, and it would be so rude of me to let a lady pay when there is no need for her to."
He turned his attention to Anastasiya, his eyes, and his hand not moving an inch. There was no way she would be paying for her items today. When he spoke again he smirked.
"Besides I need company for the rest of the day, so we shall call this a bribe."

"Mother is at home today. Besides I needed to walk along the locals, its been some time." If it hadn't been for the sudden appearance of his hand on hers she would have had to try very hard, and probably failed, to hide a laugh at his walking along the locals. the way he said this made her mind form a vision of Raiden in tattered jeans and a chuddly cannons t-shirt. She had to bite her bottom lip extremely hard and it was only at his unexpected touch that she regained composure and let her eyes travel from him to the counter girl who looked away with a snort and counted the coins.
"You know fully well Mr. Nott that you are not in debt for a small jar of eyes. And if you were I would not accept this as your payment."
She gave him a sly smile out of the corer of her mouth her hand holding under his for a few extra seconds before she pulled back tucking the few gold coins back into the pouch inside her cloak pocket. She took a small step back from the counter keeping their distance formal. At her movement away the girls eyes softened and turned to Raiden. She shook her head in disgust at the obvious obsession.
"Oh my company well I feel privileged. But if you think you can buy me with a few coins I think I should feel cheap."
She girl let out a short laugh and Anastasiya's eyes flicked to her. She had just about enough of her alliance attitude. If she only knew what Anastasiya was capable of with a single twitch on her finger. She just let the girls actions roll off her back and picked up the bag of ingredients and smiled coldly. She took a daring feet and let one arm snake through Raiden's her hand lightly resting on her lower fore arm. A evil bitter smirk appeared and the girls face quickly sunk. Yes she again had placed her superiority just as it should be.
She took a step back again her arm still in Raiden's and they turned as one his cloak brushing her ankles and she left her eyes drift back to the girl over Raidens shoulder and gave her a wink the bell tinkling on the store door and Anastasiya found herself outside the sun brighter then it had seemed and she had to cover her sensitize eyes to give them time to adjust so she could walk safely into the street without the danger of walking straight into a pole in her half blind state. She hadn't realized her arm was still intwined with his and she quickly snapped it back as if she had been burned.
No it wasn't that fact that she was repulsed by the thought of Raiden. We all know that couldn't be farther from the truth. Or that she was hiding anything, if she could she would walk arm in arm with him all day. No it was his appearance she was worried about. How would it look to have his arm charm for the day be an "alliance member". Yes Anastasiya tended to over analyze things but thats what made her the perfect chess piece. She finally had her eyes acclimated to the bright light and looked back at Raiden her eyes a transparent green.
"I believe you have a new fan mate dear. If I hadn't stepped in I believe that young lass would have done nothing less the thrown herself over the counter at you."
She knew it wasn't proper to talk about other people in the way she just had. Especially if they were underprivaleged and was never taught how to be a normal person. Even though she had a very good idea where the girl was coming from. She mentally pinched herself ridding the thoughts, well some of the thoughts, suddenly.
"Where to good sir. you have my company for a whole grand day. Can I carry your bags?"
Yes she was playing around and the smile and soft laugh that escaped her showed it. Her eyes ran back over to the list still in her hand and she tapped a few of the scrawled items and they disappeared. Yes she had things to do but being around Raiden sounded much more stimulating. She carefully folded the paper and slipped it into her cloak pocked she had resting over the crook of her arm.

It was ever so entertaining to watch the interaction between Anastasiya and the shop clerk. His eyes slowly wandered from one to the other as the two played their roles so well. Anastasiya's temper growing with every sneer of the clerk and Raiden only fanning the flames. How much more fun it would have been, had they of been in a place were Anastasiya would not have keep up the pretense of good girl, of Alliance member. He wondered whether he would have had the girl hanging by her eye socket from the ceiling faster or Anastasiya.
"Oh my company well I feel privileged. But if you think you can buy me with a few coins I think I should feel cheap." The shop clerks laugh reminded him of a donkey being forced down a path it didn't want to go. He was a mere second a way from blasting her with his wand for that blatant show of rudeness when he felt Anastasiya's arm make her way around his. "My how right you are. It is of course only fair that you then decide how i should repay you for my ill-manners." His eyes resting on the shop clerks for a second with those last words before they made there way out of the apothecary door.
The tinkle of the bell alerted Raiden that they were outside, but his eyes were fixed upon Anastasiya who seemed to be protecting her eyes from the suns rays. Just as her arm had comfortably set with his she realized they were in public and yanked it away as he glanced back to wards the street.
"I believe you have a new fan mate dear. If I hadn't stepped in I believe that young lass would have done nothing less the thrown herself over the counter at you." "Really," he laughed his eyes turning back to the door, "Perhaps I should make my way back since you can't be in the same vicinity as me."
Raiden was of course only playing with her, but it was beginning to annoy him. every time they went anywhere, where other witches and wizards were that could possibly identify them they had to pretend they had never met, or were nothing but passing acquaintances. However he knew that would never change until the Alliance members were totally destroyed. Turning his face back to her, his blue-green eyes, falling on her startling green ones he smiled. "She repulses me. She lacks...well she lacks period."
"Well you tell me dear Lady," he smirked. "I have a day to waste, a debt to pay, a mother to run a way from and a beautiful woman before my eyes, and it seems you have a list that needs to be completed."

"Really," he laughed his eyes turning back to the door, "Perhaps I should make my way back since you can't be in the same vicinity as me."
She looked up to him with a sharp turn of her head. Her eyes roaming his just trying to pull together what he meant. She could tell he was joking by his laugh but she could see a slight annoyance in his eyes, and voice. It bothered her a lot that what she had to do while in public. She reached out her hand again letting it rest delicately around his arm. Her mouth coming up to his ear as she spoke softly.
"Oh dear I am not acting like this for my benefit. I do not want to sully your name with being seeing conversing with an "Alliance" member. Trust me I wish no more then to drop this act of a proper young lady and do with you what I please."
She quickly let her lips brush his cheek Her eyes catching his with a sinister glint as she turned walking with him down the road letting her fingers gently run over his arm. Yes she was risking a lot but as of right now she wasn't worrying about it. She was the queen of lies and if it came down to that she could lie her way out of it to the Alliance. But as of right now she was going to live in the moment. Yes she was going to try being spontaneous for once.
"She repulses me. She lacks...well she lacks period."
"I'm very glad to hear that because I believe I would have to hex you if you tried running back into that building. I couldn't let you ruin your family name on that. Not when you can ruin it with me."
She placed her hand back in her pocket with her free hand pulling out the list that rested like a silent rock. She held it out to him and showed him the few remaining items. Yes she had just started and a dent had barely been made.
"Well, I have a few items that I surely need to pick up today or I will be what do the muggles say, up a creek without a paddle. Always wondered how they got up the creek without the paddle in the first place. Thats besides the point. But before we start our shopping I would love to treat you to a coffee or something equally refreshing."
She noticed a few open mouths as people saw Emmy arm in arm with a known death eater and she found it a bit startling just think of all they ways they would look at her. She shook her head and pulled herself a bit closer to Raidens side. Yes somewhere where she felt she belong.
Be careful Emmy.
"What about you love. I am sure you had plans for the day before I oh so gracefully ran into you."

"Oh dear I am not acting like this for my benefit. I do not want to sully your name with being seeing conversing with an "Alliance" member. Trust me I wish no more then to drop this act of a proper young lady and do with you what I please."
Of course Raiden knew that she wasn't behaving this way because she wanted to, but it didn't annoy him any less. The fact remained that Raiden enjoyed having a woman on his arm, especially attractive young women, and Anastasiya definitely fell under that bracket. Now to go the entire day and pretend the woman who walked beside him was nothing but an annoyance, a fly in his ointment, definitely irritated him.
As her lips gently brushed against his cheek and she felt her arm slowly worm its way around his own his eyebrow slowly raised as it normally did when anything intrigued him or he was up to some sort of mischief, or he just needed that extra bait to catch a woman hook line and sinker. He was just about to smirk when he realized what the last of her sentence had referred to.
"What you please," he said with such a smooth and silky voice, looking at the crowd round them, ignoring their repulsive sneers and gaping mouths. "Now tell me dearest, what exactly might that fall under?"
Now his eyes slowly lingered to hers as he gazed at her with indifference, as if he meant nothing at all, when his words held only underlining motives.
"Up a creek without a paddle," he rolled his eyes. Muggles were truly an odd bunch of individuals. He watched as she took the list from her pocket noticing she had many more things to acquire still.
"Now that would be nice, but you would have to be careful I'm positive that most of the water holes I passed were packed with Alliance members."
He welcomed the touch of her body against his and she pulled herself closer to him. It had been a while since he had felt her so close to him. He had been with another girl now the other day, but they didn't seem to have the same feel she held with him.
"Me? My errand is complete." He opened his cloak to show her a pocket that seemed empty, but held a lot of the goods he had bought.

"What I please would defiantly fall under a category that is not completely lady like and in a moments notice could involve a dark ally or somewhere equally secluded. But since I do believe your eyes have fallen on that girl in the Apothecary my actions are so limited."
She turned her head back to the crowd acting as though her words were nothing more then small talk. She would not give Raiden the upper hand by revealing to much of what she actually wanted. No it would just be another thing he could use against her in the future. But how fun was this, being secretive in the most crowded place they could find. Oh how dangerously evil. She stole a quick glance up at him his face indifferent to anything she just said, but she wasn't surprised more often then not Raiden heard those phrases uttered to him.
"Yes muggles are odd ducks. Today I do not care who is where or what they see. I have come to realize it is not my job to shield them from reality. Anyways I am almost positive no one will connect any dots today. Positively shadowed brains could not possibly disci-per my lies."
She gently steered him in the direction of another shop on the other side of the street. Cutting through traffic was getting Anastasiya more stares and she was starting to become annoyed by the people around her. Why couldn't they just get over the fact that and "Alliance" member and a Death eater could be something more then enemies.
"Well then I will have to take you with me on my few I have left. I must pick up some quills and necessities as such. Ink, parchment. Things that seem to run out very quickly. What errands could you possibly fit in a pocket that looks so empty now Raiden. Jewlery for your loves. Something to sweeten them up with."

A memory of intertwining bodies in a dark forest with the sound of wolves in the distance flashed suddenly through his mind. Yes he did not doubt for a moment that Anastasiya would enjoy an entertaining moment down a deserted alley with the prospect of being caught always playing on her mind. No, Raiden did not doubt it, because he would thoroughly enjoy such a moment, and most of the women he was known to be rather friendly with would enjoy the exact same thing. If it were any different he would not have been friendly with them at all.
Hearing Anastasiya play the jealous type was perfect. Funny, it was something that he and she would enjoy. Only because she knew that a girl like the shop clerk had no chance with the likes of him and that she was leagues ahead of her herself. But wanting entertainment he wanted to push things. Jumping ever so carefully n front of her, walking backward his eyes unflinchingly on her own he laughed.
"I do not deny the fact that my eyes linger. Anyone who knows me could tell me were they stood at a specific moment, but to suggest that they would linger to the likes of that shop clerk is poor lunacy." Glancing toward a brunette a few yards off, making sure Anastasiya's eye fell on the beauty in the tight jean, completing top and fabulous blue eyes, completed by her cloak he smirked. "Now that is more my taste."
As quickly s he had jumped before her he was back beside her glancing forward as if he had done nothing at all. It was a wicked game to play and Raiden loved playing it, mostly due to the fact that he played it so well.
Allowing her to guide him through the crowd he noticed how much worse the sneering had become and he realized that he had jumped into somewhat of a predicament. Shaking the thought off, because he knew it could easily be played down as he was using her to gain information or simply that he had placed the Imperius Curse on her, he merely smiled at his on lookers, only brought out of his thoughts by the sound of Anastasiya's voice.
"Well then I will have to take you with me on my few I have left. I must pick up some quills and necessities as such. Ink, parchment. Things that seem to run out very quickly. What errands could you possibly fit in a pocket that looks so empty now Raiden. Jewelry for your loves. Something to sweeten them up with."
Sternly but with a soft tone he replied, "That dearest is secret, but I promise no jewelry lies within my pocket." Smiling now continued, "We best be moving if we are to accomplish anything on that list before night fall."
